A bail is a finding, connected to pendants or charms. To stones worn as pendants, etc. to accomodate a chain, bracelet or cord and is connected by a ring to the pendant.

A rectangular shape diamond or gemstone that usually has 14 facets. Originally a French term describing a small watch worn as a ring. There are straight baguettes and tapered baguettes.
